Pricing is dependant on several factors including the following:
- Self managed or full outsourced campaigns.
- Standard or corporate account.
- Size of database hosted.
- Size of monthly send.
- Template requirements.
- Number of survey questions (if relevant).
- Complexity of survey (if relevant).
(1) Standard accounts:
Price includes: (i) set-up fee (once off) + (ii) access, hosting & support fee + (iii) usage fee
Price guideline excluding GST, all prices in Australian Dollars:
Once off set-up cost $80
Monthly access, hosting & support fee: From $80 per month (minimum cost) – includes unlimited click through pages, unlimited RSVP forms and unlimited surveys.
Email distribution fee: $0.07 (maximum cost) per email, with monthly volume discounts at 2000, 5000,
50000, 100000, 500000, 1 million, 2 million, 5 million, 10 million, 20 million emails per month.
Support and account management included in monthly fees.

B. Professional services & full outsourced campaigns:
Fixed quotes are provided for each job.
Full outsourced campaigns are quoted on a per campaign job, or a monthly retainer option.
Campaign charges usually relate to several or all of the following:
- Campaign consulting
- HTML layout, design and optimisation.
- Database upload and configuration.
- Campaign testing.
- Campaign distribution.
- Campaign tracking, reporting and review.
We have confidence in our systems and services therefore we don’t insist on any fixed contract periods for our self managed accounts or our full outsourced services.
Payment is by cheque, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, or direct debit and we offer a range of flexible pricing and billing options.
