The system remains hosted on our servers, and the reseller is responsible for selling and servicing their customers. We maintain the system, and offer 2nd and 3rd level support direct to the reseller.

As a reseller you are free to structure your pricing plans independent of Melon Media’s pricing structure.

We review each reseller annually to ensure they continue to fulfil our minimum requirements for the reseller program.
