Melon Media joins Butterfly

Butterfly is pleased to announce that as of 1 April 2016, Melon Media has been acquired by the Butterfly group of digital agencies.

What we do:

Butterfly is a digital agency specialising in web technologies such as Drupal and Joomla.

Design (UX & UI), Website development, Testing, Project management and more

About us:

​Butterfly was founded in 2006. 

Our clients in Sydney include NDS, QVB, Mission Australia and YMCA.

What you need to know:

• All of Melon Media's services are available

• The email marketing platform is re-branding, but this is not related to Butterfly's acquisition of Melon Media

• Contact details remain the same for the moment, or call Butterfly directly

• The bank account will change - refer to your next invoice for the correct details

The Butterfly Group includes specialised agencies for brand, digital, promotions, CRM and online marketing.

Showtime Digital, Fearless, Punch! Promotion, Just Make it Work and Centauri are also part of The Butterfly Group

​Our helpdesk team includes full-time support staff with developers and escalated support if required. Dedicated account managers are available if desired. 

With a large in-house development team, Butterfly can integrate Melon Mail with your CRM or any other system.

Get in touch and changes to billing:

All Melon Media charges for usage after 1 April 2016 are payable to Butterfly. These are invoiced starting from 1 May 2016. Invoices before 1 May 2016 are payable to the previous Melon Media bank account. If you aren't sure, check each invoice for the correct payment details, or contact us. 

Melon's current telephone numbers and email addresses will be re-directed to our account management and helpdesk teams. For example, email to help@melon.com.au will be received by Butterfly's support team. 

Support is available on work days from 9 am to 5 pm. If you'd like support outside of that, please contact Butterfly to discuss Service Level Agreements.
